User Agreement

<sub>Media produced by the Artist is not Authorized for NFT, AI, or AI Training.Clients must provide Credit to the Artist on all considerations related to the Commissioned Media by providing one or more of the following points below. This includes even if the Media has been Altered or Edited:
-On each Platform the Media is posted.
-On each Post on which the Media is viewed.
-The Client’s Bio in which the Media is used.
-As part of the Description if the Media is used for or in Content Creation or as part of your Assets.
-Stated on any forms of Marketing, Merchandising, or other Commercial use of the Purchased media in a way visible to others.

Clients are not allowed to:
-Remove any Identifying Watermarks, Signatures, or Logos.
-Take Credit for the Created Media outside of stating that you Purchased or Commissioned said Piece.
-Alter or Edit any of the Material without Consent from the Artist.

Please remember to remain Kind and Courteous during your Consultation and Commission Processes.

Breaking these Terms may result in a Refusal or Termination of Commission. If you have already paid, please remember that you are obliged to a partial refund for the work provided, not work remaining on your Commission.</sub>


Who May Purchase From This Artist?

_{You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our Artist.
If you are accepting these Terms and purchasing from this Artist on behalf of someone other than yourself, such as a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the words “Client”, “Clients”, “you”, and “your” as used in these Terms shall refer to such entity.}



Payments

<sub>All Payments will be made through Paypal. Alternative Payment methods will not be accepted at this time.
-Our accepted Currency is USD
-Payment must be made in full before work begins on any given Commission.
-At this time, we do not offer Payment Plans.

We do not tolerate False ChargeBacks or Refunds.
If you initiate a ChargeBack after the “First Revisionary Period” or “First Draft”. (Stated in our Refund Policy) you are accepting to Terminate our Agreements.
All Media Produced for you, the Client may be subject to reuse within our Marketing, Examples for Sales, or Acts of Parody. Your Character will not be subject to this.
Only the Produced Media.</sub>



Privacy Policy

<sub>Information provided will be used to provide you with a service, good, or other offer.
During our Consultation Period, you must provide the Artist with an accepted, and reliable method of communication for receiving your Invoices, Purchases, Orders, or Downloads.
Current methods include E-mail, Discord Messaging, or X/Twitter Messaging.

When making your purchase, PayPal may also require some information to continue the Billing Process between you, and the Artist.
PayPal may require this Information whenever you purchase Art, Media, or other offers provided as part of our paid products and services.</sub>


Our Order Fulfilment Process

^{-Consultation and Quoting.}
_{Clients secure a private consultation for their order and are given a personalized quote and estimated date on which their order will be fulfilled. Clients must have access to a way to receive their orders, such as E-mail, Google Drive, 7-zip, or Winrar.
From there they can schedule check-ins with the Artist till the completion of their order.
Orders may take an estimated 14-20 business days to fulfill.}

Our service does not Expedite orders.
_{Please consult our Artist if you are a Client seeking Privately Produced Media, or other Media that may otherwise require confidentiality or a Non-Disclosure Agreement in conjunction with your purchase.}


^{-Invoicing and Billing.}
_{Payments are completed using PayPal. Our Accepted Currency is USD. An Invoice will be provided using the Client’s preferred Method of Contact, and after Billing is complete, services and work will begin.
However, our Artist reserves the right to decline or refund services at their discretion.}

^{-First Revisionary Period.}
_{Clients will have received a First Draft detailing the general layout of the piece; thumbnail and mock sketches may also be provided. During this time, an initial revision will be provided. The Client will be asked to collaborate on edits or revise their media, request file sizes for online sharing, and communicate further on other details related to their purchase.}

^{-Second Revisionary Period.}
_{The Client will receive a Second Draft with information on revisions made; a more detailed mock-up may be provided if available. A provided second revision will allow the Client to confer on minor changes.}

^{-Client Updates.}
_{Clients will receive updates until their order is completed. Artist-client communication allows for minor adjustments and edits during this time.}

^{-Order Fulfillment.}
_{Clients will receive their orders through the method provided during the Consultation and Quoting process. All produced media will be marked with Completion Date, Artist Name, Signature, and Social Media Handle.}

^{-Refund Policy}
_{Our Artist produces Personalized Media, Custom Commissions, and Private Sales Orders. Due to the nature of our products, Clients will not be eligible for refunds after the “First Revisionary Period” or “First Draft”.}


Terms of Service

<sub>These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are part of the User Agreement– a binding contract between the Artist and Client; the Client must agree to abide by the User Agreement and Terms of Service for the offered service.
Works of Media produced by this Artist are subject to perceived “style” and “design” changes over time. By continuing, you accept such changes to artistic preference as part of our continued services and understand if such changes are visible in future media provided by the Artist. The Artist may retain Copyright over their works, Media, and Digital or Physical formats for such works. Their Copyright allows them to use Media produced for Clients for Promotional Media, Advertising, Commercial Use, or Acts of Parody. (For Example: retains the right to reuse, distribute, republish, etc.)
You, the Client, reserve the right to create physical reproductions and prints of your Purchases for Personal and Private use. This may include Marketing, Commercial, and Merchandising.
You reserve the right to claim any Owned Character[s] within the Media, but not the Media itself.

Please be sure to state such cases to our Artist before commissioning.

By using our services you acknowledge having read our terms and policies, and consent to our Terms of Service. As a “Client”, you have made the informed decision to be bound by these Terms and have conferred with the Artist for an exchange of services where an adequate compensation has been agreed upon.</sub>
